Bill Mollison's Permaculture Publishing and Teaching Organization

A rare opportunity to study with internationally recognized permaculture educators in the breathtaking jungles of Yelapa, Mexico.

Permaculture, coined by Bill Mollison, is a holistic design philosophy that models human habitats and agricultural systems on the patterns and relationships found in nature. It seeks to create self-sustaining ecosystems that nurture the Earth, support human needs, and restore natural balance through principles of regeneration, efficiency, and harmony.

Our mission is simple: to share practical, real-world knowledge and give you the tools to design and implement sustainable systems wherever you are.

We draw from a wide range of proven regenerative approaches: including Permaculture, Biodynamic, Bio-intensive and Organic Agriculture, Holistic Management, Agroforestry, and Transition Towns. All of these systems share a common purpose: caring for the Earth and creating thriving human communities in balance with nature.

The techniques you’ll learn have been tested over decades and shown to strengthen natural systems rather than deplete them. The wisdom we’ll share comes from diverse environments — from wet forests to semiarid regions — and can be adapted to many climates around the world.
